Crazy.  That’s the only word I can use to describe this last week.  My daughter graduated High School.  Yeah!!!  It was the last week of school for my youngest daughter and for me.  Another yeah!!!  I’m getting ready to go on vacation.  A super Yeah!!!  But…

While all of these things are great and all of them are truly event worthy, they all came at exactly the same time.  This past week has been busy.  So busy that I have not had a chance to write for the entrie week.  Yes, I’m twitching and having withdrawal symptoms.  Yes, I am dying to get back to my characters.  Even the dread rewrites!

Taking care of children and husband and even yourself (I did manage to exercise every day, but why is it always either exercise or write?), let alone cats and bird, is exhausting and time consuming.  My characters are patiently waiting for me to get back to their stories.  I hear their calls and it only adds to the stress I’ve felt this past week.

I belong to loops where writers comment on every post, where writers give of themselves tirelessly.  Always posting, always commenting on blogs, you see their names everywhere.  It’s inspiring and amazing.  I often wonder how they do it.

This past week I barely had time to get onto the computer to clear my email, let alone comment on anything.  So I ask you all…How do you do EVERYTHING?
